Our subscribe and save service offers manageable and flexible subscription options. Our subscribe and save service has no long term commitments and ties. You can request to pause service which means you will not pay anything until you resume your subscription again. You can also request to cancel without any hassle. 

Subscribe and Save service not only offers our customers savings on their purchase but convenience where fresh handmade meals are delivered right to your doorstep. With our food delivery service the stress of preparing and planning the dinner is taken off your shoulders.

  • Can swap meals with new ones

Want to add extra meals to your subscription?
You can swap each meal with a different one and can remove a meal from your order. However, if you would like to add extra meals to your existing subscription please contact us to add the extra meals to your subscription.

For example if your subscription has 10 meals and you would like to order 12 for your next order then please contact us to add additional meals to your subscription and we will get them added straightaway.  

What if I have trouble accessing my account? 

If you face any problem editing your order or accessing your account get in touch with us and we can get this sorted for you.

Please make sure that you check your email alerts and monitor your next order date, it will be calculated from the day you have placed your first order on the subscription, not the delivery day. We also send you the email alert/notifications a day before your order is due to be charged.
